The estimated mintage was about 2500 total pieces with many being destryoed for their palladium value back in 2001 when Palladium was trading at over $1100 dollars an ounce.
This coin is one of only two finest PCGS examples known.
Since we have both of the finest known examples on hand, we recently resubmitted the cert number that follows this coin in hopes for a PR-69 that's how nice both of these coins are.
The value for a RAW one of these in so-so condition (if you can find one) is about $925-$1000+
We'll start this one off at the price of a RAW replacement + PCGS submission fees for international submisson.
Current palladium spot is around $700-720.
